Clearance items, flash deals, limited-time promotions, bundle offers, marketplace sellers, pricing outside the 30-day window, and non-identical variants are not eligible.

30-Day Returns

Eligible non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt when they are unused, unassembled, and in original condition with valid proof of purchase.

Key return scenarios

Quality issues, shipping damage, and wrong or missing items should be reported within 7 days so our team can review the fastest resolution, including refund, replacement, or repair where applicable.

For non-defective returns

Buyer's remorse returns may be accepted after inspection. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% return shipping fee and a $59 repackaging fee when original packaging is not intact.

Important exclusions

Clearance items, customized products, used or assembled items, and any return sent back without prior authorization are not eligible.

2-Year Limited Warranty

EILVEIAAN furniture is covered by a 2-year limited warranty on materials, frame, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components from the date of delivery.

Additional coverage details

Fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components are covered for 1 year and may be replaced at a minimal cost when valid order documentation is available.

What is not covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, unauthorized repair, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear over time.
