Important notice: The upgraded policy became effective on July 1, 2025 and applies to orders placed on or after that date. Orders placed before then remain covered by the original one-year warranty.

We cover defects in materials, manufacturing, and normal product function when the item has been used as intended and maintained according to the provided care instructions.

Normal use matters

Coverage applies when the product has been installed, used, and maintained according to the care and usage guidance provided with the item.

Labor is not included

Removal, reinstallation, handyman work, and other third-party labor costs are not covered under this warranty.

What is not covered

The warranty does not apply to issues caused by misuse, environmental exposure, unauthorized repair, or normal wear over time.

  • Unauthorized modifications or replacement parts

Environment & maintenance

  • Floods, earthquakes, or other acts of God
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or outdoor conditions
  • Abrasive cleaners, bleach, ammonia, alcohol, chlorine, steel wool, or wire brushes

Expected aging

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Surface scratching, staining, or etching
  • Finish and gloss reduction over time
